A TEAM WITH A DREAM
KUBEKO is an emerging New York–based label led by a collective of collaborators who draw on their varied perspectives, backgrounds and experiences to create a unified language through fashion. Its visual identity exudes quiet strength, amplified by subtle yet striking details that act as narrative cues, deepening and driving the brand’s story.
CRYING BOY IS A FICTIONAL MUSE CREATED BY THE KUBEKO TEAM TO FURTHER THE NARRATIVE.
He embodies their mutual state of mind — caught between ambition and inaction, longing to explore the world yet trapped by their own thoughts. His character also serves as the inspiration behind their debut collection, in which the team imagines what Crying Boy would wear and brings those ideas to life.

For instance, Crying Boy’s tears are represented through elongated Peter Pan collars, droplet-shaped ties and softly curved pockets. Paired with our structured Allyn bags, these elements strike a delicate and intentional balance.
